New Year’s Message by Kong Na, Chairman and CEO of ANGEL Group
As the clock strikes midnight and ushers in a new year, we take a moment to reflect on the shining moments of 2024—a year marked by challenges, growth, and remarkable achievements for ANGEL Group. On behalf of the entire company, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our users and partners for their unwavering trust and support. I also wish to thank our courageous, hardworking, and passionate colleagues who have stood at the forefront of innovation. Together, driven by our vision of "leading the world with water purification technology," we have united as one, seizing opportunities amidst changes and navigating challenges with determination.
In 2024, we faced uncertainties brought about by a new market cycle, intense industry competition, and rising pressures. Yet, we embraced these challenges head-on, capitalizing on favorable policies and market recovery. By staying true to our commitment to technological innovation and focusing on product development and brand influence, we achieved remarkable breakthroughs. Across all business segments—offline, online, commercial, and international—ANGEL experienced comprehensive growth, with revenue and profit hitting record highs despite headwinds.
In a rapidly changing world, businesses must be bold in breaking barriers and setting new foundations. In 2024, we deepened our retail transformation efforts:
- • Offline Growth: By creating high-performance "model stores" and optimizing retail operations, we revitalized our physical store presence and empowered frontline sales teams.
- • Online Expansion: Through product segmentation, live-streaming strategies, and organizational adjustments, we enhanced e-commerce competitiveness and strengthened our brand presence online.
As a result, ANGEL Group now boasts over 17,000 global retail locations, including 2,100 exclusive stores, while our domestic e-commerce membership grew by 41.74%, with over 6 million active users.
Our commercial business also delivered impressive results, maintaining its leadership in public office spaces and securing entry into 31 national key projects. In the HoReCa and healthcare sectors, ANGEL achieved significant breakthroughs, becoming the go-to supplier for leading restaurant chains and providing advanced water purification systems to hospitals like Sun Yat-sen University’s 7th Affiliated Hospital and Shenzhen Guangming District People’s Hospital etc. These accomplishments underscore our commitment to safeguarding water quality and health for all.
Innovation as the Engine of Steady Growth
Behind ANGEL's steady growth lies our unwavering dedication to technological advancement. In 2024, we achieved several industry-first innovations and received numerous international accolades:
- • We miniaturized the size of the “control valve”, a core component of water purifiers by 45% without compromising performance, earning the world record[1] for the Smallest Whole House Water Filtration System.
- • Our patented long-lasting Reverse Osmosis filter earned recognition in China, the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and now Europe.
- • Our APCM sterilization technology received the prestigious WIPO National Award and a Silicon Valley International Invention Festival Gold Medal.
To date, ANGEL has surpassed 1,000 patents, with 7 of our research achievements published in leading international SCI journals. These milestones highlight our position at the forefront of water purification technology.
Innovating Products for a Better Life
Product innovation remains the cornerstone of Angel's market success and reputation. In 2024, we launched the Space Master Series, introducing a comprehensive range of whole-house, kitchen, and bathroom water solutions that combine compact design with powerful performance. This ushered in the 3.0 era of large-capacity water purification, making whole-house solutions accessible to smaller households and driving the industry toward greater health, intelligence, and personalization.
For our e-commerce market, we introduced stylish and high-performing products like the Tianchi (X5) and Yulong water purifiers, reinforcing our mid-to-high-end product portfolio. Additionally, we unveiled the Little Bunny Coffee Machine, a portable and fashionable product designed for younger consumers.
Strengthening Our Brand and Culture
Our brand strategy and corporate culture have been the driving forces behind ANGEL's sustainable growth. In 2024, we unveiled our new strategic direction as the "world’s leading water purification expert," refreshed our brand image, and appointed Xiao Zhan as our global brand ambassador. These efforts laid the foundation for Angel’s competitiveness on the global stage.
We also launched the “4+7+1” corporate culture system centered on the core values of “With You, With Ambition, With Love”, with the mission of "Creating a Healthy and Wonderful Life". This cultural framework has become an integral part of our growth journey.
In addition, ANGEL earned prestigious recognition in 2024 by being named to the "China Consumer Brand Growth50" list and receiving the title of "Top Recommended Brand for Commercial Water Purification Equipment." These achievements underscore the growing influence of our brand and the trust we have built with consumers worldwide.
Accelerating Global Expansion
Globalization is essential to achieving our dual objectives of technological and market leadership. In 2024, we established our overseas headquarters in Singapore and officially entered Southeast Asian markets like Thailand and Indonesia, while deepening partnerships in North America and the Middle East. We also launched our first large-scale commercial project in Australia, marking a significant milestone in Angel’s international expansion.
Currently, we are preparing to enter e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and North America, aiming to provide users with a more convenient shopping experience and product offerings tailored to local needs by 2025. These efforts demonstrate our commitment to bringing Angel’s innovative solutions to a broader global audience while adapting to diverse market demands.

As we bid farewell to 2024 and step into 2025, we remain steadfast in our commitment to technological innovation. No matter how the external environment evolves, our focus on innovation will anchor us to sustainable and determined growth.
